I sit and wait...

Does an Angel contemplate my fate?
This has been my favorite song dating back to my restless freshman days in National Taiwan University. I was a very young boy who was eager to get indepence, tried to explore fate, and sinked into love. Sometimes it still slips into my mind secretly, though not as strong, but very true.
Those were the best days of my life...
P.S. Somebody has provided the videos of this song on YouTube. I think it is illegal but check them out before they are removed. Here are the links:

The Road to Cell

Well, the lab I worked during the 2nd rotation just got manuscripts accepted by CELL and Nature Neuroscience, two of the best journals in the biology field. I am acknowledged for helping the electrophysiological recording of the hippocampal slices of Myo6 & Gipc1-/- animals. Gogos's lab, my 1st rotation lab, meanwhile summited a manuscipt to Science, in which I am also acknowledged. Ha! I guess I have to work harder in order to sneak into the author list. Anyway, I shall begin to work on my own project soon, after I choose my thesis lab at the end of the summer.
Having a 1st-author Cell paper will be a delight, ha. Well, Nature Neuroscience is fine, too. Let's see what I will get.
Kind of remind me of the lyric of "Star" of Les Miserables
"I will never rest,
Til then
This I swear
This I swear by the Stars!"
Well, Let's GO!
